Manchell Services is a father and son owned business, founded in 2000. We use Eco-friendly products to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC), reduce pollution, and diminish chemical waste. Our company fulfills commercial facility services (weekly and bi-weekly cleaning), as well as commercial floor cleaning/refinishing.

 

We specialize in low moisture encapsulation for carpeting, in order to reduce water consumption. This allows us to use 90% less water and carpets are dry within 20 minutes..
